When you open the sign-in form, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated traffic. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address, browser information and site origin. Our server validates a short-lived, single-use verification token before processing Character Space sign-in and registration requests. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.

1. Data we use
You can browse the collection and open the visual preview without registering. Optional accounts use the shared AR Spatially identity system. Opening the landing page or a visual preview does not start a voice session or charge you.
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Camera frames and device motion | Display AR and estimate the character's position in your space when you open the AR view. |
| Language and cookie notice preference | Remember your chosen interface language and whether you dismissed the notice. |
| Account information | Your email, profile name, provider identifier and account status let you sign in and manage your account. Passwords or provider credentials are sent to our account service over HTTPS. |
| Subscription and billing status | When billing is available, account and billing services use subscription references, access periods and payment status to provide subscription access and management. |
| Support messages | Respond to the question or request you send us by email. |
| Basic request and error information | Hosting systems may use IP address, browser information and request times to deliver and secure the site. |
2. Camera, motion and voice
The landing page's animated characters do not require camera or microphone access. Camera and, where needed, motion permissions are requested when you choose AR. You can decline or revoke them in your browser or device settings.
The AR preview runs tracking in your browser. No microphone session is started by this landing page. Where a voice feature is offered, it must be started separately and requires the relevant microphone permission. Account access is optional for the visual preview.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We use information to provide the features you request, answer support messages and operate the site. DIFC Data Protection Law and other applicable data protection laws govern relevant processing. Where those laws require a legal basis, this may be performance of the requested service, our legitimate interest in operation and security, your consent where required, or compliance with a legal obligation.
5. Sharing and retention
Service providers may process information needed to host the site or deliver a support message. Access is limited to the relevant purpose.
When available, subscription checkout and billing-management actions redirect you to Stripe. Our billing service creates those sessions and uses subscription and payment status to update account access. Information entered in Stripe's hosted checkout or customer portal is processed by Stripe under its privacy policy. Browsing the visual preview does not start checkout or charge you.
Browser preferences expire as described above. We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. Account records are retained while needed to provide and secure the account and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion from the account settings or by contacting us. Account deletion may be subject to existing subscription obligations and the service’s deletion process. Access credentials in this browser are removed when you sign out.
6. Your choices and rights
You can change language, clear cookies, revoke permissions or stop using the AR view. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it and contact the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection or another competent data protection authority where applicable.
To make a request, email us with enough information to identify the relevant interaction. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing personal information.
7. Updates
We may update this policy as the beta develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting new data processing will be communicated before that processing is introduced.
