1. Access to Character Space

These terms govern your use of Character Space, operated by Tesseract Tech Limited under the AR Spatially brand. You may explore the character collection without creating an account. You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms, or the permission required by law in your location.

Characters are fictional AI characters. They are intended for conversation, learning and entertainment. Their responses can be inaccurate; check important information before acting on it.

2. Beta features

Character Space is being developed in beta. The available features and supported device capabilities may change. AR depends on browser support, permissions, camera quality and the surrounding environment. Keep your attention on your physical surroundings when using it.

The current standalone preview provides visual character and AR access. Optional accounts are available through the shared AR Spatially account system. Voice features and paid checkout depend on the features enabled for your account and are started separately; opening a visual preview does not start a microphone session or create a payment.

3. Subscription and pricing

The advertised beta offer is $30 USD per month for the Character Space collection. The displayed $100 reference is a planned regular price, not a previously charged price. Other products, including a separate Cyberpunk experience, may have their own subscriptions.

Before you pay, checkout will show the plan, billing interval, total price, any applicable taxes, renewal date and cancellation method. Recurring payment starts only after you confirm those terms. Visiting this page or opening the subscription dialog does not create a charge.

Beta pricing may change for future purchases. Any change to an existing renewal will be communicated as required by applicable law and the terms accepted at checkout. An account may be required to restore and manage a purchased subscription.

4. Cancellation and refunds

The subscription management method will be provided before the first payment. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges. The terms shown at checkout will explain access for the remainder of a paid period and any refund policy.

For help with a subscription, contact info@arspatially.com. Nothing in these terms limits withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account or data, exploit security vulnerabilities, or use it to infringe the rights of others. Do not submit material that you do not have the right to share.

6. Characters and site content

We and our licensors retain rights to the character models, artwork, software, branding and site materials. You may use the available service for its intended purpose. Access does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant permission to resell them.

7. Availability and your rights

We work to improve the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI responses. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or protect the service. Any limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by law; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains data used by the service. We may update these terms as the beta develops. Material changes affecting a paid plan will be communicated before they take effect, as required by applicable law.
